I am actually typing this Kate Middleton workout routine blog post on the morning of April 29. It’s actually about 60 minutes before Prince William is going to marry Kate Middleton in London’s Westminster Abbey. There are millions of people worldwide that are closely watching this wedding and of course the figure of the future Princess Kate Middleton.

No doubts that if you discovered this blog post then you are looking into the bride’s workouts and fitness routines, the regimes that have given Kate and her stunning figure fit for a king.

so what is Kate doing to look this incredible? How is she managing to keep in shape? How has she slimmed down and stayed slim?

Well of course the very private life of the Princess is discreetly hidden away, and what we see through the paparazzi and international press isn’t actually going to give us the real workouts, diets and routines she is following. I must also add that there has been some speculation about this young lady taking part in some unusual fad diets. I hope these are not true as Miss Middleton appears to enjoy a healthy, balanced and highly nutritious diet.

This means she eats food such as fresh fish, fresh vegetables, plenty of fruit and of course clean water to ensure her blood sugar level remains balanced and her digestion remains consistent.

But What About Her Workout?

Her precise workouts are kept under lock and key, probably in the Palace! But there are a few paparazzi shots, a few leaked stories and some insider tips and show her doing some very specific workouts. 

Run Your Crown off. The Princess appears to run on a regular basis. Obviously we all know how good running can be as it’s a great way to shed the extra pounds and give yourself a great cardiovascular workout. My warning to you is to run on soft ground such as grass to begin with and make sure you have a proper pair of running shoes.

The high impact nature of running means that you could get a few injuries every now and again, so speak to a running specialist first to get some good advice.

Start Rowing – of course Kate doesn’t actually compete with her rowing, but she does use one regularly at her gym. A great low impact exercise, it works the legs, it works the calf muscles, it works the thighs, the back muscles and even your biceps. This is because you push yourself back in the movable seat with the legs and pull the bar and chain towards you with your arms and back muscles. Go for a row of three or four times a week and this can get you fit by itself.

Resistance Training: if you focus on some simple resistance training and weightlifting, it is a great way to build strength, bone density and toned slender muscles. This can be achieved at home with the weight exercises, but there is huge advantages to following a proper workout routine at your local gym.

Don’t For get To Stretch – Kate probably achieves suppleness, flexibility and core strength by taking part in yoga classes or Pilates classes. Obviously we all know about these classes, but combining these with a great diet and workout will have enormous benefits.

You can develop your own fitness routine just like Kates if you follow the above advice. Run a couple of times a week, Row three times a week, resistance training 2 to 3 times a week and a yoga class once a week. Mix this up with a fantastic healthy diet of fresh fish, lean meat, fresh fruit and plenty of clean water and you will be looking as good as the future Princess.
