Lose 10 Lbs In 1 Week With Beyonce Diet
Loads of people are calling this the Beyonce Diet, not because the megastar created it but because she used it to lose 20 lbs and talked it up on Oprah!
We all know the Oprah effect but having a woman like Beyonce back this up doubles the exposure and credibility. Also known as the Lemonade Diet or Master Cleanse, Beyonce used this unique weight loss detox to shed fat for her role in ‘Dreamgirls’.
Quite simply Beyonce used the homemade lemonade to flush her system of all of the toxins and waste that is stuck inside our colon, intestines and bowels. Much of it has been there for years and prevents us from digesting food properly, losing weight or even stops our metabolism from working at its optimum level.
Many people including Beyonce see weight loss in the first day or two as the waste leaves your body straight away. The more waste you have the more weight you will lose initially, but remember once your body has been re-set you will continue to lose weight naturally as it finds it’s natural weight all by itself.
The recipe is simple:
| * 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup * 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper * 10 oz of filtered water |
That recipe is for a single serving of lemonade, and you should drink 6-12 servings a day. You can also make up a big batch by multiplying that recipe by however many servings you plan on drinking which is what I like to do. Just make sure you keep it refrigerated, and don’t make more then one days supply because you want the lemonade to be as fresh as possible when you drink it.
However if you are thinking of going for this rapid weight loss method. Beware! It can be very hard for some people and many don’t make it past the first day of the detox.

Wow, it’s pretty rare to see someone put things into perspective the way you just did. I wish that other bloggers and people that post content to the web would take a page from your book! Do you have any other sites that I could visit or could you possibly make a recommendation as to where I might be able to find some more information? Either way, thanks for an excellent resource and I look forward to being a repeat reader!
