The Colon functions by eliminating the toxins and undigested food from our body, thus maintaining good health. It is a highly elastic organ in the human body weighing about 1lb when empty. When undigested food gets accumulated along its wall, it obstructs the stool passage and causes constipation. On the contrary too much motilin or bacterial toxins can cause intestinal hurry giving you that dreaded diarrhea.
We have often heard our mothers and grandmothers emphasizing good health of the digestive track (perhpas not in those exact words!) as ‘toxic waste buildup’ can cause serious problems like fatigue, bad breath, parasites, digestive problems, infections, bloating, cancer, and obesity.
I think my granny used to say something like :

Your grandmother was right. Although I tried many different colon cleansing products and methods. Fruits and vegetables are still my favorite ‘product’. They are natural and I can see dirty and smelly stools in the toilet bowl after one day of high fiber diet. Although it is not easy, it is natural and cheap.
